Review management software for multi-location businesses

ReviewTactic manages Google reviews for 2 to 50 locations from one account. Every location gets its own review feed, AI reply drafts, weekly digest and negative-review alerts. Growth and Managed plans include review removals each month, with no per-location fee. You pay a base plan plus a flat add-on per extra location, month to month, with no contract.

Running several locations means several Google profiles, several managers and several places a bad review can land. Multi location review management has to work per site, because that's where the problem is, and still give the owner one bill and one account. This page covers what each location gets, what the owner gets, what it costs at 1, 5, 10 and 25 locations, and where ReviewTactic stops being the right fit.

Review removal across all your locations

A review that breaks Google's rules can come down, whichever location it sits on. ReviewTactic flags the reviews that qualify at every connected location, drafts the appeal in Google's own terms and submits it. The work is the same at site one and site thirty.

  • Included removals. Growth includes 2 removals a month and Managed 4. After those, each removed review is $99.
  • No per-location fee. The price is per removed review, not per site.
  • Nothing if nothing comes down. A review that stays up costs nothing.

Removal only works for reviews that violate Google's policies. Nobody can promise a removal, and we don't. How removal works.

What each location gets

Every location is its own unit inside the account, with its own settings. Nothing about site A leaks into site B's reply tone, alerts or numbers.

How to respond to Google reviews in a way that tells your story

Every review reply is a short public story about your business. Google publishes your reply right under the customer's review, so the next customer reads both. Across 10 or 50 locations, those replies add up to how people see your brand. ReviewTactic drafts each one from what the customer actually said, in that location's tone, at every location.

Google says replying to reviews "shows that you value their feedback" and that "helpful replies can help your business stand out" (Google Business Profile Help). Google Maps now also uses AI to read reviews and surface tips about places, from a community of more than 500 million contributors. The reviews are the raw material. Your replies are the part of that story you get to write.

Run it your way: approve every reply, or switch on auto-publishing to Google per location on Growth and Managed. On Managed, our team also checks reply quality. See how AI replies work.

What the owner gets

Pricing by number of locations

The base plan covers one location. Every further location is a flat monthly add-on for that plan, with no volume tiers and no setup fee. The table shows monthly list prices; see pricing for what each plan includes.

Who this is built for

ReviewTactic is built for 2 to 50 locations: regional chains, franchise owners with a handful of units, dental and clinic groups, dealer groups, and hospitality brands with a few properties. The owner wants every location answered, protected and reported on without an enterprise contract.

It is not built for hundreds of locations. Brands at that size that need listings sync, social publishing, surveys and reviews in one procurement-approved suite usually use Reputation.com, Yext, Chatmeter or SOCi, and they'll be better served there.

Agencies managing many client locations have their own program with partner pricing. See ReviewTactic for agencies, or compare the review automation tools agencies use across ten vendors.

Frequently asked questions

Can I see every location on one screen?
No. All of your locations sit in one account and you switch between them. Each location has its own review feed, analytics and settings. The one place every location comes together is the monthly report, which covers all opted-in locations in a single email on Growth and Managed.
Are the weekly digest and the alerts sent per location?
Yes. Each location gets its own weekly digest email, and the negative-review alert is switched on or off per location. A manager who only runs one site only hears about that site.
Does AI auto-publish replies at every location?
AI drafts a reply for every review at every location. Auto-publishing is Google only, available on Growth and Managed, and you switch it on per location. It is off until you do.
How do you respond to Google reviews for multiple locations?
Reply from each location's own Google profile, since Google posts every reply under the review it answers. Mention what the customer actually said, keep each location's tone, and answer positive reviews as well as negative ones. ReviewTactic drafts a reply for every review at every location, so managers approve and edit instead of writing from scratch.
How should I respond to negative reviews at a multi-location business?
Thank the customer, address the specific problem, and offer to continue offline with the location's contact details. Keep it short and calm. In ReviewTactic, auto-publishing stays off until you switch it on, so a manager can check every negative reply before it goes live. If a review breaks Google's policies, it can be reported for removal instead.
Do Google reviews help SEO?
Google lists replying to reviews in its tips for local ranking. It says replying "shows that you value their feedback" and that "positive reviews and helpful replies can help your business stand out". It does not promise a ranking boost for replying, so treat replies as part of how customers judge you, not a ranking shortcut.
How does review removal work with several locations?
Removal works the same at every location, and there is no per-location fee. Growth includes 2 removals a month and Managed 4. Beyond those, each removed review is $99, and you pay nothing for a review that stays up. Start with the free scan to see which reviews at which locations break Google's rules.
Can I add locations to an annual plan?
Yes, through support. Self-serve checkout adds locations to monthly plans only. On an annual plan, email hello@reviewtactic.com with the locations you want added and we set them up on your existing term.
How many locations can one account hold?
Self-serve checkout supports up to 51 locations on one plan, which is why the page says 2 to 50. If you run more than that, contact us before signing up. Brands with hundreds of locations that need listings, social and surveys in one suite are usually better served by Reputation.com, Yext, Chatmeter or SOCi.
